Benefit program:
Pawder Donuts
This project is a hypothetical benefit program for a real existing cause. Pawder Donuts is for those who are looking for the perfect companion for their calm lifestyle. Pawder Donuts is an event to promote the adoption and fostering of senior dogs in shelters for people who have a calmer lifestyle; they could be senior citizens, people who work at home, or generally anyone looking for a companion dog. It’s a community event where everyone can participate. Pawder Donuts not only promote the adoption of pets with powdered faces, but it also spreads love and care for both the pets and the owners.

I created three variation of Pawder Donuts logo. I made these three variations in Procreate because these three colors worked well with the color palette of the website. I designed this logo while thinking about the name of this hypothetical benefit program. I wanted to incorporate the powdered nose senior dogs have. As such I combined paws of dogs and powder donuts together, and got the name Pawder Donuts. I wanted my logo to both have the dog and donut so I changed the A into the shape of a dog and the O into the shape of a donut.

I designed these three icons to make the different pages in the website feel more cohesive. Again, the idea was to incorporate the name of the benefit program, but I designed the icons to look more like a donut because it looks like a button. Making the icons look like buttons will help users navigate the website easier. The video above shows how the website would be navigated.

Another part of this project was to mock up some merchandise this benefit program can sell. I made some designs that are fitting for the Pawder Donuts. I drew images of dogs lying on their back while holding a donut while still keeping the color palette the same to the logo so that the designs on the merchandise relates to the program. The images below are some of the mockups I did for this project.

I also created other designs that did not have the colors of the logo but the images still connected with the theme of the program.
